I know, I only put the first name, but seriously, didn't they both win? I wasn't upset that David Cook won. I felt like he was/is a great singer, very creative, and always pushing himself to try different takes on songs that have been great forever.
I told my hubby it was like trying to compare classical music to jazz music and deciding which one was the "best" and should win. Archuleta and Cook are great in their own ways. I would not be surprised to see an album put out by both of them.
I'd have to agree with Simon, that it didn't really matter who won, because they were both great, and amazing. Kind of makes you wonder if he knew that beforehand though right? Even though he wasn't supposed to.
Well, all's well that ends well. It will be interesting to see if they can do anything to Season 8 to make it a little different from the other seasons.
